The GCMA, Golf Genius & Players 1st — working for golf clubs.
The GCMA, Golf Genius & Players 1st have commissioned a cross-party research project into software for golf clubs, with support from the UK Golf Federation, CMAI, SGCMA and The Golf Club Secretary.
Seeking to provide a full and current picture on the golf software ecosystem in the UK&I, the research seeks to answer a single question: what software options are available to golf club managers and how can they make a decision that is clear, informed and effective?
The research project begins with a quantitative survey, designed in collaboration with leading customer experience management provider, Players 1st.
Taking approximately eight minutes to complete, golf club managers are asked to anonymously provide their opinions and experiences on golf software.

A range of practical advice and resources will be derived from this research to support golf club managers, including a white paper and various analysis and selection tools, created by GCMA, Golf Genius and Players 1st.
