The GCMA took decisive steps to act upon the feedback from the last Member Survey, underlining how important your input is.
The 2024 Member Survey is now live and we want to hear from as many of you as possible.
This is YOUR Association and understanding your views, opinions and needs is essential in enabling us to provide you with the services you are looking for, both professionally and personally.
Following the outcome of our last full Member Survey in 2022, we were able to formulate our three-year Strategic Plan which can be viewed here — GCMA STRATEGIC PLAN
I’m delighted to report that we’ve acted upon a number of the priority areas that came out of the survey and delivered a number of new initiatives, as well as making progress and improvements to a number of our existing services and member benefits. We were only able to do this through understanding what you were looking for from your Association. You can have a look at our progress report here.
So, we’d be hugely appreciative of your time once again, in taking part in our Member Survey. Let us know how we’re getting on, what you think of the services and benefits we’re providing you with and what you’d like to see from us as we move into 2025 and beyond.
Members should have received a personalised survey link via email with full instructions on how to complete it. The platform is mobile-friendly, so feel free to complete it at work, home or on the go! The survey will close on Friday 27th September at 11.30am, giving you three weeks to give us your feedback.
