We are thrilled to announce that, starting in 2024, the GCMA will be launching a free financial helpline for all members in collaboration with Tee to Green Accountancy.
As we venture into the new year, our commitment to supporting the professional and personal wellbeing of GCMA members remains steadfast. With great pride, we present this incredible new benefit that aims to provide managers with the support and peace of mind they need when it comes to any financial queries related to their golf clubs’ management.
The new financial helpline offers members a free initial consultation with a financial expert to address any concerns they may have. The Tee to Green team will be there to guide and support members, ensuring they receive the assistance necessary to make informed financial decisions.

We spoke to Craig, director of Tee to Green, about this exciting opportunity. He said: “Our team have a breadth of knowledge around how our industry and in particular the tax system interacts with the golf club industry and we’re really looking forward to assisting the members of the GCMA over the coming months and years. We want members to feel as though they’ve got a friendly voice to turn towards whenever they’re unsure on anything from a financial perspective and we can’t wait to get started.”
GCMA Partnerships Manager Darren Wood added: “Having met Craig and the Tee to Green Accountancy team at a regional event this year, it was clear they really understood the financial challenges of managing a golf club. Being keen golfers themselves and members at local golf clubs, I believed they were just the right people to help our members with their financial queries, especially around VAT and Tax.
“GCMA members are already seeing the benefits of this partnership and alongside Craig and the team, we are really excited to launch this new financial helpline and further enhance the benefits of GCMA membership.”
