Following the publication of the Good Work Plan following the independent Taylor Review of Modern Working Practices, the Government have announced they will introduce new legislation on workers’ rights. Although there is no timetable yet for the changes, they are set to be the largest upgrade to workers’ rights in more than twenty years and will have direct consequences for management.
