The 2024 GCMA AGM was held on Wednesday at North Hants Golf Club.
The wonderful North Hants Golf Club played host to the 2024 Annual General Meeting of the Golf Club Managers Association on Wednesday.
Here is a round-up of the day’s events:
- Gareth Morgan BA (hons) CMDip and Ed Richardson were re-elected as board Directors.
- J R Jones was re-elected as the GCMA President for his 15th year of dedicated service to the Association.
- John Barnard was elected as the 2024 GCMA Captain.
- We would like to extend a special thank you to our outgoing captain, Alan Davey, for his unwavering commitment to the Association over the past 12 months. In recognition of his outstanding contribution and service, Alan has been awarded Life Membership of the Association.
The AGM concluded, and we kicked off the Captain’s Cup event with the new Captain’s ‘Drive in’.
- Congratulations to the winners, Ken Dooks and Chris Ingram.
- The runners up were Patrick Dawson and Paul Gaylor.
