Following the introduction of the World Handicap System (WHS) on 2 November, England Golf can now provide a comprehensive round-up for the GCMA and its members on key technical questions arising from the transition to the WHS. Firstly, thank you for your feedback which has been very helpful in identifying issues that require attention and areas of improvement. The positive news is that many questions have already been answered and fixes put in place where required. In all other cases, solutions have been identified, are being developed and work remains ongoing to clear up any backlog....
