The GCMA are in the process of updating the CGCS salary calculator and guidelines for Golf Club Manager salaries
GCMA members are being invited to complete a short survey as part of plans to update the CGCS salary calculator and guidelines for Golf Club Manager salaries.
The survey will provide a more in-depth and up-to-date insight into current salaries.
“We recognise that the CGCS calculator is a vital tool both for managers and employers, and therefore deserves a thorough and extensive update in terms of the data sitting behind the platform,” said GCMA CEO Tom Brooke.
“To support our work, we would kindly ask that you complete our survey. Your valuable input will provide an accurate picture of current salaries in the field and help us to give fair and reasonable information and guidelines to employers and fellow colleagues in the golf industry.”
The survey takes no longer than two minutes to complete. All data collected will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and will be used solely to inform the calculator.
