Mark Burton of MCB Financial Services sits down for a Q&A with partnerships manager Darren Wood after joining the GCMA's growing partnership network.

Mark is the company director who established MCB Financial Services in 2003.

He drives the growth of the business from his own ethics in putting the customer first and covering all the customers' financial needs under one roof.

Under a new partnership with the GCMA, MCB Financial Services can offer a range of services and products to GCMA members.

Tell us a bit about MCB Financial Services and your own background

I started MCB Financial 20 years ago after doing 16 years in retail, which gave me a really good grounding for customer service.
