Briefly describe your current role
As Member Services Co-ordinator, I am on the frontline of all membership enquiries and information, including monitoring the MS Inbox and telephone, while being hand to answer any questions from our members to help, support or signpost to resources available where required. I also manage all prospects, beginning to end, that are generated into membership and professional development recruitment streams, as well as facilitate and support with the implementation and administration of related activity....
