Women’s Leadership Group participate in England Golf’s Women and Girls Golf Week

Each year, England Golf run a campaign to encourage women to play golf.  A key part of that is for women to see other women working in the industry.  Over recent years this has gathered momentum, although the number of women in leadership positions isn’t equal yet.

To support the GCMA’s commitment to the Women In Golf Charter, the Women’s Golf Leadership Group was established.  As part of that group Karen Drake, GM of Burnham and Berrow GC and GCMA Regional Director SouthWest, interviewed the “First Lady of the Navy” and member at her golf club.
