Aquila Golf is a vibrant and fast-growing golf management company with a focus on marketing and creative design that gives our clients the ability to work with a professional team of experts, across a broad range of competencies, without the need to employ full-time staff of their own.

Aquila Golf is owned by former golf club manager and current GCMA member Sam Poole who has spent the last 7 years dedicated to developing modern, effective marketing strategies for all types of golf clubs.

We deliver bespoke marketing strategies based on the goals and objectives of your club, building a close partnership and fully taking away the marketing headache for your club.

Our mission is to be a golf marketing agency with a difference putting personal service, fully trackable results and peace of mind for our clients at the forefront of everything we do.

What we offer

We invite all GCMA members to take up a 1-hour free marketing strategy session in which we will assess the clubs’ current situation, goals and objectives and build a marketing plan that can help you achieve those goals.

  • Monitoring and Evaluation – initially done monthly to ensure the strategy is working effectively. This will include the monitoring of specific campaigns, content performance reviews and adjustments based on data and feedback

  • Sourcing the correct resource – we will work with the association to provide regular guidance on things such as partnerships with 3rd party agencies and ensuring the correct in-house resource is achieved

    • Building the job advert for in-house resource

    • Support in the review of CVs against the job specification

    • Support with interview questions and the delivery of interviews if required

    • Regularly assessing the use of 3rd party agencies and what is required for the successful delivery of the marketing strategy

  • Phone and Email Support – to be available for the team to contact with any questions relating to the marketing strategy and its implementation

  • Annual Strategic Review – an annual onsite strategy meeting to update the strategic document year on year to ensure its continued relevance

  • Best Practice – we continually keep up to date with marketing trends and we aim to ensure that you do too. We will keep you informed of any changes to the strategy that would be beneficial and improve results
