Venues required to enforce rule of 6 in England, NHS QR code posters and contact logs

Regulations come into force today, Friday 18th September, to ensure that businesses comply with the rule of 6 and maintain social distancing between customers. Businesses failing to comply could be issued with fines of up to £4,000. Designated businesses, which includes pubs, bars, restaurants, tourism and leisure, will also will now have a legal requirement to maintain records of customer contact details and, from Thursday 24th September, display an official NHS QR Code Poster ahead of the rollout of the NHS COVID-19 app. See here for full details: -
